This is a comfortable and quiet apartment on the first floor. There are beautiful flowers under the kitchen’s windows. The apartment has everything you need and a lot of space. From the apartment, you can quickly walk to the metro station, the bazaar, a large park and a shopping center.

The location is excellent, located in a quiet and green neighborhood. It is very close to the metro, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. Also, the nearby park and Parklake mall are just a few steps away, offering multiple recreational options.
