1. Reservations


To guarantee your booking, valid contact details and payment information are required as indicated during the booking process.

Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email from RSA Apartments.



2. Cancellation and modification


  • Free cancellation is available if made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will be charged the cost of the first night’s stay.
  • Any modification of the booking (arrival date, length of stay, number of guests, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.



3. Check-in and check-out


  • Check-in: between 2:00 PM – 00:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM


      Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.



4. Payment


Payment methods accepted:


  • Online by credit/debit card;
  • Bank transfer;


5. Additional information


  • RSA Apartments reserves the right to request a security deposit upon check-in, refundable in full at check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred.
  • By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
